1. Factors affecting air tightness:
a. Umbrella valve hardness: The softer the umbrella valve, the better the air tightness, which will affect the whistle.
b. Umbrella valve thickness: The thicker the valve piece, the better the air tightness, which will affect the whistle and flow rate.
c. Roughness of the fitting surface: The smoother the fitting surface, the better the air tightness, which will have an impact on the whistle.
2. Factors affecting air leakage:
a. Wool: This causes the umbrella valve to not fit tightly and there are gaps, thus causing leakage.
b. Umbrella valve tension: The fit with the plastic parts is unstable, thus causing the initial test to be ok and multiple tests to leak.
c. Roughness of the fitting surface: causing the umbrella valve to not fit tightly and leaving gaps, thus causing leakage
